WITC and LSC students are welcome to live in the residence halls at UW-Superior, providing space is available. You pay the same weekly rate as UW-Superior students but your semester rate will be different if your school's semester calendar differs from that of UW-Superior. WITC and LSC students are required to purchase a minimum of $375 per semester in meal points unless they contract for regular meal plan. New contracts fall contracts need to pay a $300 down payment before August 15 (Jan 5 for new spring contracts). Contracts that are turned in after August 15 (January 5 for spring semester) need to include the $300 payment along with their $125 deposit.

Payment is made to the Residence Life Office. Full payment is expected the first week of classes each semester. If you are not able to pay the balance in full during the first week, one-third of the balance plus a 1.5% late fee is due: October 1, November and December 1 for fall semester and March 1, April 1, and May 1 for spring semester.

Failure to meet your financial obligations will result in eviction. If a student's account becomes delinquent, the University reserves the right to commence collection, including the assessment of additional finance charges and the assessment of collection costs.
